About Switching the Field
Do you feel that no matter what you do, there always seems to be more you could be doing in and for your club?
You do so much work in the organization, that you simply don’t have the staff, resources, time, or energy to work on the organization.
Switching the Field provides mentoring to help you fill the voids in your soccer club so that you can become the program that everyone wants to join.
Whether you want to increase player and coach retention, elevate the level of your players, implement new programming, improve coaching effectiveness, grow your organization, or increase your bottom line, we can help.
Switching the Field
Founder: Zac Ludwig
Zac began coaching in 2005 while still a player, which is when he realized that coaching soccer is something he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Zac has coached all ages, abilities, and socioeconomic backgrounds. He has served as a director or in a leadership role in organizations across the country and at various levels, including recreational soccer, high school, club, college, semi-professional, and in international competition.
Over the course of his coaching career, Zac realized that many clubs and organizations were struggling with similar obstacles and longed for an accessible, clear, and viable means of help.
He and his team provide soccer club mentoring to help organizations reach their goals and fulfill their unique purposes.
Zac holds a US Soccer Instructor License, US Soccer A-Youth License, US Soccer National Youth License, United Soccer Coaches Coach Developer Diploma, United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma, United Soccer Coaches Youth Club Administrator Certificate, and USYS TOPSoccer certification.
